This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and responsibilities for delivering products purchased from the MAXOTO brand within India and abroad.

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We begin processing your order as soon as it is confirmed and payment is successfully received. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type:

  • Standard (Non-Customised) Products: Dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Customised / Made-to-Order Products: Dispatched within 10–15 working days of order confirmation, subject to product availability, configuration, and customisation requirements.

If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, our support team will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

  1. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic Deliveries (within India): Typically 3–7 working days from dispatch.

We currently do not ship internationally. Orders can only be delivered to valid Indian addresses.

Delivery times may differ for remote or non-serviceable areas. Our logistics partners will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on time.

In such cases, we will proactively communicate revised delivery timelines. The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from causes beyond its reasonable control.

International orders may attract additional customs duties or taxes as per the importing country’s regulations — these shall be borne by the buyer.
