- Introduction
At VMAX Autotech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we stand behind the quality and performance of all MAXOTO products. Each product is precision-engineered in collaboration with DTE Systems GmbH, Germany, and tested to meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
This Warranty Policy defines the terms, coverage, and limitations applicable to MAXOTO products purchased directly from VMAX Autotech Pvt. Ltd., its authorized dealers, or verified online partners within India.
- Warranty Coverage
- All MAXOTO products are covered by a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of original purchase.
- Some products may carry extended warranty coverage (e.g., 2–5 years) as specifically mentioned on their product packaging, official literature, or MAXOTO website.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects, electronic malfunctions, and component failures arising under normal usage conditions and proper installation.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The Company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective unit with a new or refurbished equivalent at its sole discretion.
- Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty support, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been installed by an authorized MAXOTO technician or dealer using approved methods.
- The customer must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or bill) and installation record (job card or dealer stamp).
- The product must be registered after purchase on the official MAXOTO website – https://maxoto.com – within 7 days of purchase or installation.
- The serial number must remain intact and free of tampering.
- The product must not have been altered, opened, or modified in any way by unauthorized personnel.
Failure to register the product within the stipulated period may lead to denial of warranty support.
- Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, water ingress, corrosion, fire, or environmental exposure.
- Faults caused by incorrect installation, mishandling, or use on incompatible vehicles.
- Short circuits, voltage fluctuations, or incorrect wiring.
- Unauthorized software flashing, tuning, or firmware modification.
- Damage due to accident, misuse, racing, or off-road application.
- Normal wear and tear, aesthetic degradation, or accessory loss (e.g., remotes, cables).
- Counterfeit or grey-imported units not purchased from authorized MAXOTO sources.
Any modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair will void the warranty immediately.
- Warranty Claim Procedure
In the event of a defect or malfunction, customers should follow these steps:
- Contact MAXOTO Support via email or WhatsApp, providing:
– Product serial number
– Date of purchase and dealer name
– Installation proof
– Description of the issue (with photos/videos if possible) - Assessment & Approval
Our technical team will assess the claim remotely and may request additional details or diagnostics. - Return Authorization
If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions will be issued. - Inspection & Resolution
Upon receiving the product, our service team will inspect it. If found defective due to manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. - Shipping Responsibility
– Customer bears the cost of sending the product to the service center.
– The Company covers return shipping for the replacement or repaired unit.
- Duration and Scope
- Repaired or replacement units do not extend or renew the original warranty term.
- If a product or component is discontinued, an equivalent or upgraded replacement may be provided at the Company’s discretion.
- This warranty is valid only within India and for products officially distributed by VMAX Autotech Pvt. Ltd.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under warranty terms.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Vehicle downtime, towing, or installation costs.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use or profit.
- Issues arising from third-party modifications, remapping, or accessories.
- Installation & Compatibility Compliance
Warranty coverage is conditional upon adherence to the Installation & Compatibility Guidelines published on https://maxoto.com.
Failure to follow approved installation or compatibility procedures may result in immediate warranty invalidation.
- Post-Warranty Support
After the standard warranty period, service or repair assistance may still be available on a chargeable basis, subject to part availability and technical feasibility.

- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from warranty or service-related matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
